Karen Bower, born in 1967 in Fiji, is a self-taught artist known for her vibrant oil paintings that reflect her homeland. She began her artistic journey in her mid-20s by selling works in Suva’s art gallery and opened her own gallery in 1996, supporting other artists until its closure in 1998.
